الرسالة
نوجه طاقات الشباب من الفراغ والبطالة نحو أنشطتهم المفضلة – سواء كانت ألعابًا رقمية، أو رسمًا، وغيرها – لتحقيق ثلاثة شروط أساسية:
الأثر، الاستدامة، وقابلية التوسع للاثر .
الرؤية
أن نكون محورًا استراتيجيًا يحول طاقات الشباب والشابات إلى هواياتهم، ويجعل من الهواية مصدرًا للإبداع، العمل، والمجتمع الإيجابي.
تشمل المبادرات والبرامج — دون حصر — ما يلي:
تخفيف معاناة المحتاجين والفئات الأقل حظًا.
دعم التعليم وتنمية المهارات والمعرفة لدى الشباب.
تحسين الرفاه الاجتماعي وبناء مجتمعات متماسكة.
الحفاظ على الثقافة والفنون المحلية ودعم المبدعين.
تعزيز حماية البيئة واستدامتها .
نشر قيم العدالة وحقوق الإنسان والمواطنة الفاعلة.
المساهمة في ترسيخ مؤسسات المجتمع المدني.
نؤمن أن الهوايات والأنشطة الإبداعية يمكن أن تكون أداة فعّالة لبناء الإنسان والمجتمع، وأن كل موهبة تحمل في داخلها بذرة تأثير يمكن أن تنمو لتغيّر العالم نحو الأفضل.
Mission
We channel the energy of young people away from idleness and unemployment toward their favorite activities — whether digital games, art, or others — to achieve three essential pillars:
Impact, Sustainability, and Scalability.
Vision
To be a strategic hub that transforms the energy of young men and women into their hobbies, making those hobbies a source of creativity, productivity, and positive community engagement.
The initiatives and programs include, but are not limited to:
Alleviating the suffering of the needy and less fortunate groups.
Supporting education and developing the skills and knowledge of youth.
Improving social welfare and building cohesive communities.
Preserving local culture and arts, and supporting creative individuals.
Promoting environmental protection and sustainability.
Spreading the values of justice, human rights, and active citizenship.
Contributing to the strengthening of civil society institutions.
We believe that hobbies and creative activities can be powerful tools for building both the individual and the community — and that every talent carries within it a seed of impact that can grow to change the world for the better.
