مؤسسة أبطال الهوايات هي منظمة خيرية غير ربحية، تهدف إلى تمكين الشباب والشابات ومساعدتهم على تحويل أوقات الفراغ والبطالة إلى فرصٍ للإبداع والإنتاج، من خلال دعمهم في ممارسة وتطوير أنشطتهم المفضلة؛ سواء كانت رقمية، فنية، أو ثقافية، بأساليب تُحدث أثرًا مستدامًا وقابلًا للتوسع. كما تتبنّى المؤسسة مبادراتٍ إنسانية رحيمة تُجسّد قيم العطاء والرحمة، وتسهم في بناء مجتمع أكثر وعيًا وإلهامًا.
تركّز المؤسسة على بناء بيئة محفِّزة لاكتشاف المواهب وتنمية المهارات، وتحويل الهوايات إلى أدوات إنتاجية ومشروعات اجتماعية وتنموية.
