الرسالة
نسعى إلى تمكين الشباب والشابات وتحويل أوقات الفراغ والبطالة إلى مساحاتٍ للإبداع والإنجاز، من خلال دعمهم ومساندتهم في ممارسة أنشطتهم المفضلة – لتحقيق ثلاثة شروط أساسية:
الأثر، الاستدامة، وقابلية التوسع للاثر .
الرؤية
أن نصبح منصةً ومجتمعًا رائدًا يمكّن الشباب والشابات من تحويل هواياتهم وشغفهم إلى أدواتٍ للإبداع والإنجاز والتأثير الإيجابي، وأن نُسهم في بناء مجتمعٍ أكثر حيوية ورحمة، تُصبح فيه النشاط المفضل طريقًا للنمو، والعمل، والانتماء.
القيم
الأثر: نركّز على إحداث تغيير حقيقي وملموس يمكن قياسه ومتابعته.
الاستدامة: نبني مبادرات طويلة الأمد تتجاوز حدود النجاحات المؤقتة وتضمن استمرار العطاء.
توسيع نطاق التأثير: نحرص على أن تكون المبادرات والبرامج التي نتبنّاها قابلة للنمو والتطوير لتصل إلى شرائح أوسع من المجتمع.
تشمل المبادرات والبرامج — دون حصر — ما يلي:
تخفيف معاناة المحتاجين والفئات الأقل حظًا.
دعم التعليم وتنمية المهارات والمعرفة لدى الشباب.
تحسين الرفاه الاجتماعي وبناء مجتمعات متماسكة.
الحفاظ على الثقافة والفنون المحلية ودعم المبدعين.
تعزيز حماية البيئة واستدامتها .
نشر قيم العدالة وحقوق الإنسان والمواطنة الفاعلة.
المساهمة في ترسيخ مؤسسات المجتمع المدني.
نؤمن أن الهوايات والأنشطة الإبداعية يمكن أن تكون أداة فعّالة لبناء الإنسان والمجتمع، وأن كل موهبة تحمل في داخلها بذرة تأثير يمكن أن تنمو لتغيّر العالم نحو الأفضل.
Mission
We strive to empower young men and women by transforming free time and unemployment into spaces for creativity and achievement, through supporting and guiding them in pursuing their favorite activities — with a focus on achieving three core principles: impact, sustainability, and scalability of impact.
Vision
To become a leading platform and community that empowers young men and women to transform their hobbies and passions into tools for creativity, achievement, and positive impact, while contributing to a more vibrant and compassionate society where personal interests become a pathway to growth, opportunity, and belonging.
Our Values
Impact: We focus on creating real, tangible, and measurable change that can be tracked and evaluated.
Sustainability: We build long-term initiatives that go beyond temporary success and ensure continued growth and contribution.
Scalability: We are committed to designing initiatives and programs that can grow and evolve to reach broader segments of society.
The initiatives and programs include, but are not limited to:
Alleviating the suffering of the needy and less fortunate groups.
Supporting education and developing the skills and knowledge of youth.
Improving social welfare and building cohesive communities.
Preserving local culture and arts, and supporting creative individuals.
Promoting environmental protection and sustainability.
Spreading the values of justice, human rights, and active citizenship.
Contributing to the strengthening of civil society institutions.
